This branch is constantly short staffed. I try to plan ahead but always end up waiting over 30 minutes to an hour. Aside from that, I am writing to complain about racial discrimination by the branch manager, Julia Veneziale, I produced my id, my debit card and attempted to wire money for a business transaction. She did everything in her power to not make the transaction happen. I have never been so insulted as she makes inappropriate remarks about the size of the wire. There was nothing suspicious or fraudulent about the documents/proof I provided. Only the color of my skin that made Julia believe that I could not possibly be the owner of the account.

This branch frequently has drive through deposit issues. Too full or machines not operating. Today, Saturday, before 12 they were closed due to repairs. Had to drive out of my way yet again to another branch to do my transaction. The worst branch for customer service. It doesn’t exist.
