I went WITH my son to the branch so he could sign his pay check over to me so I could deposit it into my account. She refused to do it. So I asked to speak to someone to just have him added to my account. She refused again and said they were "booked" until Monday (there was 1 person there other than us) Mind you I have been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and I was not asking to do anything out of the ordinary and I also called before going into the branch! I called to complain and they could not understand why we were refused to begin with! Now I see why this branch has such a low score, they have no idea what they are doing, they lie and refuse service without reason. Please RETRAIN this staff or HIRE NEW STAFF, get it together!!! I will go out of my way to go to another branch from now on!
