    Did a withdrawal on a sat morning. After they opened I Waited at least 20 minutes. Why weren't the tellers ready at opening time? Why did one teller leave the front to go make coffee for herself and others? And stop the damn chatting when customers are waiting.

    I have been struggling to get my new number updated on my mobile app had issues with doing it over the phone went in person and michael miles jr helped resolve my issue with no problem went out and beyond to help me thank you!

    We had a question that banking on line could not answer. We called the branch left messages for two days, no response. Went to branch, they were not too busy. Waited in lobby no one ever greeted us for at least 15 mins. Office employees did walk by. Decided to try the teller line. We speak with the teller and we mentioned no one returned our call for two days, she says well as you can see we a very busy, I reminded her that we called two days ago. She says to try the on line banking number, I said we already contacted them. This is the least customer service oriented branch I ever have banked with. The worst part the teller never tried to help! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

    Absolute worst experience ever. Closed accounts then received bills from closed account. Called and resolved, then continued to get bills. After doing this several times we finally just paid the fraudulent charge to get this over... stay far away from truist!!!!
