  This place is asking for lawsuit Came here to leave one Star review cause I can't find anything less than one Star This place call my business daily !! Not one day pass and their phone number must come on my dialer asking about someone who owned the business before me I bought the business from the previous owner it's a retail store and this company keep calling asking for the previous owner I keep telling them he no longer in business he sold the business to me and left the country he really did the guy lost so much money in the United States he moved his investment to another country and these people don't get it

  My father is a client of David Graff's Edward Jones office in Zephyrhills, Florida. My dad asked me to schedule an appointment for him to speak with David Graff regarding his account. My dad would make the appointment himself, but he is 93, in hospice care, is blind in one eye and has limited vision in the other. He cannot accurately dial a phone number on his call phone. Since March 31st, 2025, I have twice visited David Graff's office, 8 times called his office and one time emailed David, for the sole purpose of scheduling an appointment for my dad to meet with him. As of this writing, literally no one has called or made any attempt to contact me back. And further, Edward Jones Client Relations has twice told me they cannot help, except to recommend I call the Zephyrhills office (David Graff's office) directly. My dad's bank account contains enough money to pay for his and my stepmother's living expenses for a little more than the next 60 days. The funds in his Edward Jones account are needed to ensure he and my stepmother can continue receiving the care they are currently receiving. David Graff's secretary, Teresa, is fully aware of this and stated that David Graff is as well, as she has delivered the message to return the call, to him. At this point, it seems quite clear that David Graff and his office lack any modicum of professionalism, care or compassion for their clients. Not only that, in this case their complete lack of communication could be construed as either intentionally or negligently ignoring their client, preventing my dad from accessing his funds. Florida statute 415.102 seems to address this. Again, the only purpose for my reaching out to their office is to make an appointment - for my dad to speak with David Graff about his account. Mr. Graff: please call me at the phone number in bold, in the email I sent you. I can see to it my father has transportation to your office nearly anytime that is convenient for you.

  There is an INCORRECT review 11 months ago that states I gave David Graff 2 Stars for "communication". THIS IS NOT A TRUE STATEMENT!! Please remove this review. David is articulate and is an excellent communicator regarding my portfolio!!! David always has my best interest regarding my IRA. David is an Asset to Edward Jones. I am very fortunate to have him as my financial advisor!!! Linda Banks
