  I went in to open a checking account and I had heard bad things about doing business with Wells Fargo. I thought well no one can really be that bad. I walked in got a rude greeting I sat down for a second and actually felt a little embarrassed. So I walked out and had an account with Chase bank in less than an hour. Tone of voice says a lot . It looks like a very bad choice of hires for customer service positions. Or they are abused by management and it's coming down the line. There is always a reason for unhappy workers. I can't trust my money to a business that can't even give a proper greeting to a customer. That was a genuinely bad experience.

  Not a service oriented operation. Avoid at all costs. These people are not helpful.

  The brand manager is very unprofessional, he always acting like he better than you, never tried to help

  Custom services here is 0 stars. The lady asked me to come back at 3. I said I could not I had some where to be at 3:30. She said 2:45 . I agreed to wait there. The next man wanted the same she told him 230. He said thats not right you just told him 245. She said 3:00 I waited until 2:52 told her I was going to the bathroom. Came out the other guy was back and had been put in front of me. She said ill be right with you. I waited until 2:56 and left very upset. She tried to talk to me. But I was so frustrated I couldn't talk and be nice. I do understand they are busy but why make me wait. And who was that old man that she tried once and successful pushed in front of me when he came back?
