  my sister tried to open a debit card account and cash in bonds. workers told us that we had to wait a full year of having the account to be able to cash in bonds to “avoid fraud” when asked for more of an explanation, they were very rude and unclear. my father had even called before to make sure that we could cash them in and they said on the phone that we could but once we arrived they told us differently. employees are clearly unorganized and confused. heading over to first port city bank instead.

  I went in to open a checking account and I had heard bad things about doing business with Wells Fargo. I thought well no one can really be that bad. I walked in got a rude greeting I sat down for a second and actually felt a little embarrassed. So I walked out and had an account with Chase bank in less than an hour. Tone of voice says a lot . It looks like a very bad choice of hires for customer service positions. Or they are abused by management and it's coming down the line. There is always a reason for unhappy workers. I can't trust my money to a business that can't even give a proper greeting to a customer. That was a genuinely bad experience.

  avoid using this branch , does not matter the day or time there is always a 20 min wait because they are understaffed. and they never have funds to cash big checks
