- AHAj HainesDec 23, 20251.0Tried depositing money into a loan account. 2 years depositing into this account and staff is not trained to do so. Poor customer service even with a note from the branch manager on the deposit slip. I'd be overly angry if someone was trying to deposit money into my account and the teller wouldn't allow it. 3 different tellers now!!! Figure it out!

And they makes us customers a little frustrated. But overall there are 3 women there and a man who is very nice and tend to me. And they get the job done and the building is very clean and neat. I like that. I like the women who take care of me in a very nice way and I like that. So yes, I like my bank. I like the people who's in it. The only thing I have wrong is that when there's new people coming in, they don't know what they're doing and to me. That's fassociating, but other than that, the women there that I like 3 women and a young man are very welcoming and very nice.

I went in to cash some savings bonds and the bank teller, Victoria, was so helpful and explained everything I didn’t understand. She was incredibly nice and calm. Thank you so much for starting my day off so well!

Everyone here has always greeted me warmly, helped courteously with every small request and offered to review my accounts without having to make an appointment or wait in lines. This branch is quiet, clean and never crowded. This is not my closest branch, but if I know I'm going to be in Winter Park, I save my in person banking needs for here.
