- KEkelly eveOct 22, 20251.0⭐️ 1-Star Review: Rude, Unprofessional, and Completely Unacceptable Service (I wish I could rate zero stars) I had a terrible experience at this Wells Fargo location. My account was pushed into a negative balance due to pending charges that Wells Fargo approved, and when I called for help, I was met with disrespect and absolutely no accountability. Charles spoke to me in a rude, dismissive tone and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of helping, he forwarded me with no apology, no explanation, and no effort to fix anything. Stephanie witnessed the interaction and treated me with the same unprofessional attitude instead of stepping in to help. When I requested a manager, the manager on duty on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, was just as rude — and hung up on me when I asked for her name. That is shockingly unprofessional behavior for a bank that handles people’s money. My account went negative through no fault of my own, yet I was treated like I was the problem. There was no empathy, no effort, and no respect. I will be escalating this to corporate and filing a formal complaint. I warn others to think twice before trusting this branch if you expect basic professionalism, accountability, or customer

After sitting there for over 30 mins and seeing different people walk in and out seeing the bankers Kyle comes back after walking past me several times and lets me know that Trevor is the only one who can open accounts and basically tells me to leave! Not in those words however he insisted on me taking additional time out of my day so that he can make me an appointment to come back tomorrow! This place sucks and is a joke! The teller behind the counter is just as rude and unprofessional! Stay away
