    The staff at this branch display very friendly demeanor, apt to engage in conversation with me. The ambiance is welcoming with tea, coffee with some candy. Ms. Susan Gomez gave attention to me and was comfortable sharing her family, one hallmark of a good neighbor going beyond the "familiar stranger." Others such as Ms. Angel and Ms. Chiara were equally complimenting. Best to all and welcome to those joining the branch under one year.

    Tuve una experiencia excelente en el banco Trustco gracias a la gerente Chiara Michalowitz. Su atención fue muy profesional, amable y eficiente. Me sentí bien atendida y apoyada en todo momento. Una virtud que debo reconocer es que tienen mucha paciencia. Recomiendo muchísimo sus servicios y al banco por su excelente trato al cliente.
