    There was some confusion over how much cash I requested to withdrawal. I felt I was clear, but it was no matter to me, especially ~because the cash was not withdrawn yet~. The bank teller did have an issue with this, however, not due to any reason compressible to me. She was very rude and hostile and asked “why didn’t you just say this from the beginning?”, which I definitely did. It was resolved not through any discernible customer service skills presented at this Truist, but through me, the customer, who spoke extra slow after so that she could better understand me. Not sure what the fuss is about, when it’s just three women in an empty bank gossiping to one another about a coworker in Spanish, as if nadie en Florida puede entender español.

    I have to say, I deal with a lot of banks and have dealt with many more over the years. Since their creation after taking over BB&T & Suntrust, Truist really is a solid bank. Every branch I have visited since their creation is helpful, knowledgeable, and makes you feel like you’re a customer. This is a lot more than I can say for many of the other big banks. I feel like I get the hometown bank relationship with the big bank perks. If you’re considering a bank, I recommend giving Truist a strong consideration.

    This branch has to be the worst Truist. I visited the location 4x to handle a simple task, turned away all 4 times. Then when I finally get someone, she told me to call her and leave a voicemail. That message wasn't returned until 3 weeks later. This bank won't last long.
