  Service , service , service . We will start with the fact I walked in and was not greeted by any staff. There appears to be 1 agent working . And he has to do the drive through as well as inside service , of course causing a delay in service. I work in the customer service industry , so when I receive bad service . It really grinds my gears . I’d like to note the young man is probably trying is best , he does however need help at the front desk. And was told that I couldn’t open an account by the young man upfront. He told me that they didn’t have time to service me because the lady who’s opening accounts is opening multiple accounts and she wouldn’t be able to help me. I’m also seeing another review where someone mentioned they denied her from opening an account. Seems like it may be racially motivated. I’m not entirely sure. Did not enjoy my experience, and after this, I’m thinking that I may just go ahead and close the account all together . Photos are also provided in case the company wants to send a fake follow up as if I wasn’t really there and this really didn’t happen. You can see the employees. **** After he told me the first lady couldn’t help me create an account I look over and it looks like she’s helping a young lady who was after me creating account not really sure what’s going on in this location Should take a look . I also went back inside and immediately closed the account since I was fraud it online as to what this bank does and is able to do. Then I asked for a paper you know, just a notice of my closure of the account and the young man told me he couldn’t do that either. What can this branch do? You can’t do the things that you advertise online. What can you guys do?

  I would give this bank zero stars. The level of unprofessional and lying at this bank is astounding. I have tried numerous times to open an account. I have been lied to about what to bring multiple times. The person was so incredibly rude and disrespectful and interrupted me numerous times. I would never recommend this bank for how they treat current and future customers.
