I hope her boss see this and reward her because I hate going in banks and prefer online because most bank dont have good customer service and professionalism. Sure, when they wanted our business to close on our 2nd house it was smooth sailing but to get an appraisal has literally left me feeling like I've been through hell and back! I started this process back in June of 2022, it is now Novemeber of 2022 and NOTHING has been resolved. They took my money for the appraisal back in July but have not scheduled the appraisal. After constant back and forth over the phone and via email over the last 5 months, I still have no completed appraisal or my money back. It is safe to say we will not be using South State for our next investment property.
