Makes a lot of sense to charge the poor this fee and waive it for the wealthy. I will be changing bank's it will be a huge inconvenience but I live on a very strict budget and can't afford to lose $15 a month.

I showed my debit card to show that I was a customer. She said she had to see my driver's license. I handed her cash, just wanted smaller bills and felt like I was a criminal. She made a rude comment before giving me my money after taking her time doing it. No wonder this location has a low rating.

Let me tell you I had the most refreshing experience with this banker Marco Z. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and VERY informative. His patience was remarkable. I left not only a new card but a way to save 2% on my existing card. Wells Fargo should be bless to have a young man like him. I will recommend this location anyone. They are very helpful, and friendly.
