- LHLexi HenwoodDec 17, 20251.0Never get a car loan with this bank! I got a loan from the dealership and this bank popped up with the lowest interest. Financed with them but never banked with them. They are predatory if you don’t understand financing. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they gave me a representative and they have not responded and it’s been almost a month! The question is simple too. Why can’t I see my loan online and how to access my account online, answer I got was I have to be a bank member with them. I bank with USAA and Navy. They said well then you can’t access it since you’re going through your bank. Statements don’t show anything, paid extra and it went to interest instead of principal. Was told you have to be a member to access that feature. Very very predatory for ppl who don’t u destined finance. Still waiting on a response from there customer service team and I have a feeling I won’t hear from them. Watch out banking with them!!

- NMNicole MilbrettSep 18, 20251.0I had called the after hours line called them about a fraud charge told me they can help get my card and changed my address and everything I did this waited two weeks business days still nothing I even called again they said oh we mailed it to the wrong address even though I told them to change it called again after that got a new one waited almost two week business days and still nothing told me I had my old address even though it said address changed I checked now after almost three days after trying ri get my third one they never changed my address found out on the app myself. Idk what to do cause I literally tried this three times already

Thats when you see it !! So nearly $2000 was removed from my account in 3 months. I finally talked to a branch in Tennessee that told me of coarse they can stop it. No Problem. After loosing alot of money. Its pretty bad when your own bank wont help protect you !! And when reviews are bad says something isnt right.
