I've been a customer for almost 15 years starting with SunTrust, and when Truist took over it went downhill right away. SunTrust was always great and helpful and had great support and services and perks. I'm closing my account and transferring all my money to another bank.
- JSJudith SpragueDec 10, 20224.0This bank doesn't have a drive thru. Only a drive thrurATM. However, you can't get change only the amount to withdraw in 20.00's. Often time the tellers inside the bank are so busy that you might have to stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes.
