We ARE now customers after positive business interactions with various locations, but specifically, the Hamlin location in Winter Garden. It's small, but welcoming, and professional, with pleasant team members who are not shy about trying to show why they deserve to earn your business. They even offer complimentary services for non-customers for some things, which is almost unheard of nowadays for any business. I can honestly say that Wells Fargo goes above and beyond, standing out from competitors, who often barely acknowledge your existence as you wait, let alone providing friendly, knowledgeable and helpful professional service.

It was the other two tellers who neglected to help me. Donna Ree was the one who helped me and who was super kind about it. I feel as the other two tellers need to be reminded of what Wells Fargo is known for and model great customer service like Donna Ree does everyday.
