  It's nice to know that even if you aren't a current customer, Wells Fargo Bank still believes in actual customer service, and isn't shy about trying to earn your business (what a concept these days?!). We ARE now customers after positive business interactions with various locations, but specifically, the Hamlin location in Winter Garden. It's small, but welcoming, and professional, with pleasant team members who are not shy about trying to show why they deserve to earn your business. They even offer complimentary services for non-customers for some things, which is almost unheard of nowadays for any business. I can honestly say that Wells Fargo goes above and beyond, standing out from competitors, who often barely acknowledge your existence as you wait, let alone providing friendly, knowledgeable and helpful professional service.

  I had an outstanding experience with Victor at the Horizon West Wells Fargo! He and his team went above and beyond to assist me with my needs when another financial institution was not willing to help. His professionalism, understanding, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his excellent service and am so grateful for the time and attention he gave.   You get there in line early first one before they open. Someone else pulls up in lane 2. They take them first? I mean. Donna Ree was fantastic. It was the other two tellers who neglected to help me. Donna Ree was the one who helped me and who was super kind about it. I feel as the other two tellers need to be reminded of what Wells Fargo is known for and model great customer service like Donna Ree does everyday.

  THE BEST CREW❣️ My son has been saving his money for almost 7 years and he's been begging for a bank account for almost a year. Well, this week was his summer break and I was asking him what he'd like to do. He kept asking me for a bank account. Then my husband had mentioned we also needed a local bank account as we had relocated a year ago. Ironically, just a few months prior I had met Marci when she assisted with helping us obtain a business credit card. Marci stood out to me each time I had met her before as she was so friendly and enjoyable, and most importantly helpful. So, I reached out to Marci to find out if she was available that day. WOW, am I glad I did!!!! Leo was so excited about his FIST business meeting. He was ready to shake her hand and the staff absolutely BLEW US AWAY❣️❣️ Marci greeted my son and my husband my name, she gave Leo a cookie, and sunglasses! He made a deposit and got to meet the manager, Victor!! This day will go down in history for us! Leo prayed to God last night saying it was the best day of his life.🥹 He wanted to sleep in those sunglasses! Needless to say, I think my 7 year old wants to work at Wells Fargo someday! Thank you all so sincerely for making this Tuesday so NOT typical. I can't say thank you enough. This branch is unlike any other. We will never forget yesterday, thank you for recognizing how big of a day it was for our little man. You made our summer. Thank you so sincerely! 🌞🙏
