I am not a McCoy member, but my credit union partners with McCoy so I thought I’d try depositing here as it was on my drive home. ATM froze mid-deposit. I went inside, they said there was nothing they could do, and to just submit a ticket with my bank. They could not provide any proof of the $890 their machine just ate that I could take to my bank. Have never visited a bank with such faulty equipment. Again, not a McCoy member, but this being my first (& last) experience with them definitely will not have me coming back to join.
