    Twice I have attempted to simply deposit capital inside this branch with a teller and the entire operation seems like a circus in second gear. Either it's incompetence, immature gamesmanship, mason puppetry or laziness.

    Been with Truist for 24 years. Seems the bank has become nothing more than a building without relationships. I travel a lot and need to process transactions nationally and internationally. Not one person can help me process a wire for a real estate purchase. I think its time to move my money.

    Farah is always helpful & personable toward my dad Lorenzo and I. We make several transactions a month and prefer to work with her over anyone else. It would be completely horrible if this SunTrust branch lost her energy!

    It's your typical SunTrust. Slow service and everything is a process. Everything the teller can do replicates the ATM, so not sure why it would be worth going inside. Anything you need that the ATM cannot do, neither can a teller so you'll have to go in and wait for a "banker" once they finish whatever they are doing. Service is not a priority here.
