- DBDave BeckerJun 25, 20252.0Truist in wildwood fl is the slowest bank 0n earth. When it was SunTrust it was wonderful. When they made it truist they cut back the staff. There's only 1 teller usually.. a 10 or 15 minute wait is not unusual.

Then I needed something notorized. Mike, said we would have to wait a long while because he was busy, they are under staffed and that was that. We had to go to UPS store that charged us $20. If you are opening a bank account here, run run as fast as you can to another company. Horrible since change to truist. Horrible
