We were told that they needed to talk with us about investment goals, and that if we just wanted the money market account then they would not help us. We've done our research and know what we want. I imagine we were told this because they don't get paid commission on it. Plenty of other companies to work with.

I’m still waiting for paperwork he said he mailed two weeks ago. For someone in the business of helping people he’s totally unhelpful. Zero stars would be a better rating.
