I order Foreign Currency and at no given moment nor in the email of the order, nor in the website does it states there’s 14-days or they go and return it. People work, branches work same hours as ppl work so only Saturday am I able to pick it up. God forbid you miss those 2 Saturday’s now Exchange rate is higher and their only solution is you can place a new order and pay more because over the phone they tell you the branch and the branch tells you call, how hard is it to maintain it in the branch for at least a month, given it’s money already deducted from my account so they aren’t losing a dime. Gotta love the Beautiful solutions they given. I rather go to my Citibank branch and pay more now than place it again here.
