  The bad reviews are for the town center branch. This branch is the most OUTSTANDING branch I’ve ever visited. I refuse to go anywhere else now. Joao, William, Yaoska, Tania…everyone goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They’re fast, professional and very friendly (the town center branch is very slow albeit friendly, but this branch is off the charts great). Thank you for making my Citibank experience a great one.

  I had an appointment with Viviana to open a business account and couldn’t be happier. She was fantastic. Efficient, polite, quick and direct to the business. All the staff is always friendly and I really recommend Citibank Weston

  I like to issue reviews praising people and outstanding customer service. However, on this occasion I felt the need to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with Citibank. I’m a Citibank credit card holder for over 20 yrs and extremely satisfied with the Citibank Cr Card division. Just recently, I obtained a 2nd Citibank Cr Card and very happy with the product/benefits of it as well as their CS. I had to switch banking intuitions many yrs ago because Citibank left Fl. However, they are back. But, the customer service offer at the WestonTown Ctr branch in Fl isn’t what you would expect from a financial institution. Specially, during these times in which new customers are welcome everywhere, I guess that Citibank is privileged to have plenty of business and isn’t in need of new customers or business. I just finished reading a few reviews for all 1 star , I can agree with everyone after my most unpleasant service received from Ms. Rosado. Ms. Rosado was very good in making prospect good customers away. A dead branch, very empty and in order to open a bank acct you need to solicit appts days in advance. Instead of respecting and value new potential customers time, they are just looking at their time. All employees just seating at a desk looking at the parking lot. I’m glad that in Weston, Fl, there are tons of other banks available to do business with. These other banks are so happy to see you from the moment that you go inside their bank, they would greed and acknowledge your presence. All of them with different good offers to make you choose their bank to start doing business with them, I love to conduct business with companies that value their customers and offer outstanding CS. We all work too hard to be banking with a financial institution that doesn’t value a new potential customers. DON’T BANK WITH CITIBANK, VISIT OTHER BANKS IN THE AREA… YOU WOULD NOTICE THE HUGE DIFFERENCE IN CS.
