  2025 almost 2026, only 1 more customer in the branch ahead of me and I was told the bank only helps complex issues like adding my wife into the account if I have an appointment. I looked around there were more than 1 Citi rep at the office and I was told the other person had a phone appointment. So complicated and antiquated for a bank which I had been using for over 25 years. This is one of the reasons I am contemplating switching all my banking to Robinhood.

  I am extremely unsettled by my experience with the location. Upon my initial arrival I was greeted with two representatives in the lobby both assisting clients with complex issues. After being acknowledged by one of the representatives I informed him that my intent for today’s visit was to withdrawal from my account. The only reason I was inside a branch was because I had misplaced my debit card. Where as I much prefer to use an atm over interacting directly with an individual but at the utmost inconvenience citi’s atms do not accept Apple Pay. After my 25 minute wait, the representative notice that I was becoming displaced and had his complex customer set aside to assist me. Once I provided him with my drivers license and account number his whole manner changed. He went from conversing about the holidays and wanting to assist me with ordering a new card to total quiet. I asked if there was an issue. He then stated that he was unable to do my withdraw because I opened my account online and that I did not have a signature on file. I then informed him of the only reason of my being at this location was because I worked in the area and that Citibank closes at 4 PM where as I do not leave work until after five. I also stated that my branch of choice would be that of the Citibank on Dykes and Miramar Parkway. Where I have never been met with a problem with withdrawing from my account with no signature on file and with my drivers license. To make matters worse he voiced to me that he nor the representative to the right of him would be will to assist me, but if I went over to the dykes location that they should be able to complete my transaction. There was no initiative to accommodate me at all. For instance offering to have me meet with a fellow representative to update my signature or to further authenticate me. Being a fellow agent of the banking industry, I could tell his reasoning for neglecting to assist me was not genuine or sincere. I was so taking a back and confused I immediately called Citibank customer service to see if there was really anything wrong with my accounts. Also to really just give him the benefit of the doubt. There was in fact, nothing wrong with my accounts and to go a step further I was informed by the representative that there really was not a reason he should not have been able to complete my transaction. Reevaluating my decision to bank at citi bank.

  The people at this branch were all very friendly and knowledgeable. We don't have a branch near our home and had to drive nearly two hours to get here and Maybelline and Sandra went out of their way on a Saturday morning to help us. Absolutely recommend.

  I had a great experience at this branch! Maybelline was very friendly and helpful, even though we showed up when they were busy. Sandra and Maybelline both went out of their way to accommodate us. Sandra was great and explained everything very clearly. Everyone at the branch was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend working with them! I am grateful for all their help!
