- MMMF2 days ago1.0Terrible customer service! My wife and I had a 10:00 am appointment Saturday morning. We arrived about 9:50 am and the manager, Ralpf, told us the banker we had an appointment with took another couple that spoke Spanish. We had a scheduled appointment so he should have told the Spanish couple they would need to wait because he had an appointment with us. Instead the manager said he was going to have a different banker, who was just "wrapping up", take care of us. We waited 40 minutes and left as he was still "wrapping up" We got a call 50 minutes after our scheduled appointment that after we left they had openings!! We had a scheduled appointment at 10:00 am and get a call at 10:50 about openings after we left or we could reschedule!!! We are very busy on the weekends which is why we scheduled an appointment. We will NEVER be back. Once my wife's CD is up we will close the accout. We are taking our business elsewhere. Their loss on a very large 5 digit depost! Another thing about this branch that is annoying is that the original banker, that helped my wife a few weeks ago with opening her CD, never mentioned the 3.50% interest savings special. She overheard a bank teller explain it to someone else while she was in line waiting to make her CD deposit. If I ran this branch, I would be sure my bankers go over all available promotions with customers, especially customers that came in with outside money to invest. We suggest Wells Fargo, at this location, invest in customer service training or learn from Niko who is a fabulous banker down the road at Chase Bank!!

The branch closed at noon but they all stayed an hour passed closing time to complete our ransaction. I am so appreciative of all the staff who helped us today. We are 1000% satisfied with the level of service and respect we received. You all went well over and above for us in our time of need.

No matter the situation, he provides me with helpful information and makes me feel comfortable and respected. What I value the most is that I never feel judged when he assists me, even during times when my account balance is low. His kindness and professionalism make every interaction a positive experience. Randy is a wonderful representative of the bank, and I’m always grateful when he is the one handling my transactions.
