She counted the withdrawal in front of me so no money was missing. I was a little discouraged because it was so many negative reviews about going inside, but I had no issues. The teller never informed me of the fee, she just deducted it from my amount. I didn’t realize it until it was too late to go back!Really horrible customer service, cheap tricky stuff. I want my $10 back
