The bank reps are very unfriendly and are more worried about gossiping amongst each other instead of attending to the waiting customers in the lobby.

On the way out, on our journey to the truck I stepped/fell in a hole filled with what smelled like wet feces. My kids got a good laugh. I left feeling absolutely disgusted.
