- SPsloane perrySep 27, 20251.0They don't respect the years you've been a customer. When you least expect it, they take away all your benefits. They charge you for everything. I know they have to make money through the customer, but taking away benefits they offered you to open an account is a different story. I don't recommends it. Be aware: If WellsFargo answers your concerns it’s a joke, they care less about reviews.

Instead, your staff are blatantly non-empathetic and clearly prioritizing the needs of one culture over others. Sitting in the waiting room with my elderly mother in a wheelchair, being ignored while people arriving after us are attended to first, is outrageous. Then, at 2:40 p.m., we’re casually informed we’ll need to wait until 4 p.m.—and even that doesn’t guarantee we’ll be seen. This is beyond unacceptable. To top it off, your staff member who declared she had lunch at 2 p.m. and couldn’t complete a basic task on the account is nothing short of incompetent. The person who treated my mother and me as “less than”—shame on you. I will strongly advise my mother to remove her business from your hands immediately.

The young lady that greeted me was very pleasant. I guess she left . The next person did the check ins was very rude to me. It was made up by Genesis R. who is a remarkable young lady. She took her time with me and my questions.
