- KRKeith RobertsonOct 14, 20221.0I opened a secured card/savings/overdraft protection product at this branch and have been disappointed with Truist every since. The person that helped me was named Arianna Vishnudat and she didn't explain how everything worked, the timeline of activations and benefits, and what I need to do along this timeline. I was also unable to get hold of her on the phone after many attempts, therefore I was doomed to resort to the 1-800 number. After 50min of being transferred around to 5 different people that couldn't answer my questions, I was eventually transferred to a recording that was trying to sell me a medical bracelet. I've since decided to move to another bank and now have to figure out how to get my money out of that secure card/savings/overdraft thing they have it locked up in. Wish me luck. I recommend staying away from Truist Bank. They've been a nightmare for me
