At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Always understaffed and slow service.
Expect a much longer wait than you would normally expect.

I was there on Sept 22 2025 to make 4 small deposits for a non profit organization. Service was awful. The first teller took forever to count the money by a machine and it had issues. It would have been easier to count by hand. This teller could only do one deposit. After a few minutes I had to ask what was wrong and was informed she couldn’t print a receipt. She hand the other 3 deposits to another teller who seemed to struggle. After 20 minutes or so she still hadn’t gotten a deposit done. I asked what the issue was and I was informed I was rude and was yelling at her I never once raised my voice. I then asked again what was going on but no response. I asked for my deposits back. As I was leaving I informed the teller I would see about closing our account she sarcastically said good luck on that. The teller continued to run her mouth negatively so I said enough but she continued to run her mouth. When I left I wanted to speak to the branch manager and I was informed she was in a meeting. When I caught them in a lie I was informed that she was on the phone. I left my name and number for a return call. 2 hours later no phone call so I had to call corporate to get the manager to speak to me. I had to take my deposits to another branch. This branch should be closed or get rid of the 2 bad tellers
