- LSLester Schwalm5 days ago1.0With 2.6 stars on Google the higher ups should re evaluate their banking procedures. This bank creates a block chain of hurdles to access your account info. Who remembers the day they opened their account. I provided 7 forms of identification and they still would not wire my money. Their banks are understaffed and no one knows what they’re doing. It’s like the operators love keeping you out of your account. Example: Ty sir can you tell us what you ate for dinner 6 months ago? How many hairs are on your head? Chase should buy these guys out. I’m so fed up with this bank!
- SSScottSep 19, 20251.0The customer service at TRUIST has to be the worst of any bank that I have ever dealt with so far. They had an employee, think they fired her, who made promises, ran credit score without permission and created multiple of errors on a subsequent HELOC application. The bank has done nothing to correct the problem. Avoid! We have much better banks in the area.

Please, install mobil atms that accept deposits outside your banks. For those of you that still walk in banks like its 1960, this location may be 5 star. Otherwise, i love this institution.
