Customer service at its worst. Went in to open an account and was basically treated like a second class citizen. In all fairness I did not have an appointment. The manager said she would do what she could to get to everyone but made it clear she shuts it down at 11:45. I arrived at 10:00 but it became evident she would not be able to get to me by the time table she set. I went to the teller to make an appointment and was greeted by the worst attitude I’ve encountered at a bank. It’s almost as if the people working there didn’t want to be there at all.

I’ve been to this branch several times, and today was the first time I was actually able to get into line and be helped. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable.
The first teller asked whether I was making a deposit or withdrawing cash. I said both. She told me she couldn’t help me. When I asked what she could help me with, she said only a deposit. I then waited for the second teller, who did not greet me and offered nothing remotely positive or welcoming.
Throughout my transaction, the tellers continued talking to each other about other matters—what they were doing later and when they were getting off…while I stood there. When my transaction was completed, there was no closing comment, no acknowledgment, and no basic professionalism.
As I was leaving, I briefly shared my concerns with the branch leader. She wanted to discuss it further, but I was in a rush and had to go. Frankly, I’ve been treated better at a McDonald’s drive-through than at this branch.
After reading the Google reviews, it’s no surprise this location has two stars.
I understand that tellers are often underappreciated and underpaid…I’ve managed a bank successfully myself. But this level of rudeness, disengagement, and lack of accountability would never have been tolerated under my leadership. Compensation alone doesn’t excuse poor behavior or a complete disregard for customer service.
I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. That relationship will be ending next week.
Truist should be taking a hard look not only at this branch, but at others with similar ratings. Culture, leadership, and expectations clearly need attention here.

I just want to give a Huuuuuuge Thanks to the branch manager Miriam Collette!!! Miriam was patient, charismatic, thorough and honest about what she could do to help me resolve my issue. I came in 3x in one week and each time she was the same easy going, patient person with me. I never saw her get frustrated, upset or annoyed while helping me. She stayed after hours to help resolve my issue and her dedication to helping me never wavered not once! Miriam went above and beyond and then over the moon to help me! Miriam if you ever see this I just want to extend my deepest gratitude to you! There are very few people left in your industry that do what you do, how you do it! You are such a gem! Thank you!

Was at this bank earlier to make a transaction an had a horrific experience. A customer was inside the bank requesting change and the teller came out from the drive thru into the bank. She was yelling and screaming at the customer wanting to physically fight her!! Absolutely disgusting behavior, I was in complete shock when the teller came from behind the counter to get into a physical confrontation with her!! To top it off the Vice President of the bank did nothing to deescalate the situation she was right behind the teller who was screaming her name was Erlanda. She needs to be terminated and the Vice President should be terminated as well for being unprofessional. I no longer wish to bank at this location or with this bank!!

Had an issue with the drive thru teller she was unbelievable rude and disrespectful from the start. When I went inside to speak with somebody she came out from the counter to fight me telling me we can go outside with a lobby full of customers!! Very poor customer service and behavior I don’t understand why you guys would have somebody like that working there with that attitude and mindset!! The way I was treated today was unacceptable. The gentleman that was there was pleasant and trying his hardest to de-escalate the situation and kept telling the other employees to stop but they wouldn’t.
