    My fiance banks here and told me that when he went in to withdraw money one of the women who works there said "some of these clients are ridiculous" when she had to go ask for approval for him to do so since he didn't have his debit card on him. They also never returned his phonecall when he asked them to do so that day. What kind of customer service is this?

    Worst bank ever. Customer service is a joke. Processing payments or fixing issues takes ALL day to resolve... if your lucky to get a clear answer from them. I'd rather have my eyes poked out and skin peeled with a potato peeler then to do business with this bank ever again.

    So super simple, EVERY CLIENT rich or poor, Deserves exceptional service and Zurina , Well you are in the wrong business , Just lost a new bank customer, Products lost aint huge but damn , New checking with a 6-12k a month payroll, A new money market account with about 2k a month going in, A credit card, and about to refi two automotive loans, Somebody give her a raise to the door and into a non customer service industry. TD offered better things and much better customer service...Oh and in two years financing a home...No biggie who cares
