- BBBrooke Byers2 days ago1.0My fiance banks here and told me that when he went in to withdraw money one of the women who works there said "some of these clients are ridiculous" when she had to go ask for approval for him to do so since he didn't have his debit card on him. They also never returned his phonecall when he asked them to do so that day. What kind of customer service is this?

I'd rather have my eyes poked out and skin peeled with a potato peeler then to do business with this bank ever again.

TD offered better things and much better customer service...Oh and in two years financing a home...No biggie who cares
