As long as you have your documents ready, the online account setup is straightforward and hassle-free — including ordering my debit card. Their phone system is also incredibly well designed. It’s clear, easy to navigate, and actually works, which is a rarity these days. When I visited the West Palm Beach branch in person, I was even more impressed. I don’t even want to call them “tellers” — they are truly financial advisors. I was helped by Alexander Thomas, and he was phenomenal: professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely there to support my financial needs. I truly hope this bank continues to grow and becomes one of the most well-known banks in America. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended!
