She made everything feel easy and took the time to help every step of the way, all while assisting others with the same level of care.     The worst! The teller was actually giving me the ugly stare as I walked out politely. They were getting loud with another customer and my teller was actually working on the other customers issue at the same time. I felt very uncomfortable in there and left.

    Opening an account with I Think Financial was one of the easiest and most pleasant banking experiences I’ve ever had. As long as you have your documents ready, the online account setup is straightforward and hassle-free — including ordering my debit card. Their phone system is also incredibly well designed. It’s clear, easy to navigate, and actually works, which is a rarity these days. When I visited the West Palm Beach branch in person, I was even more impressed. I don’t even want to call them “tellers” — they are truly financial advisors. I was helped by Alexander Thomas, and he was phenomenal: professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely there to support my financial needs. I truly hope this bank continues to grow and becomes one of the most well-known banks in America. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended!
