I have no idea what other reviewers are talking about with the parking. It's so convenient to get in and out of. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Their very limited locations makes it hard to bank with them, but that's the price you pay for free business checking. Yet and still, I would still say that it's worth it.

There are some parking spots to the west of the building but there is also a four-story free parking garage at the rear. I was greeted friendly by two employees before I was even able to get into line. I disagree with all the negative comments below. The lobby and bank was beautiful, all my questions were answered, and my business was accomplished in a very timely manner. I couldn't rate my experience any higher although they deserve it!

I felt like I was a criminal trying to open an account and get information. Iberia Bank needs to do a better job in cuss service and also hiring people friendly staff. Not going back!
