I have no idea what other reviewers are talking about with the parking. It's so convenient to get in and out of. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Their very limited locations makes it hard to bank with them, but that's the price you pay for free business checking. Yet and still, I would still say that it's worth it.

There are some parking spots to the west of the building but there is also a four-story free parking garage at the rear. I was greeted friendly by two employees before I was even able to get into line. I disagree with all the negative comments below. The lobby and bank was beautiful, all my questions were answered, and my business was accomplished in a very timely manner. I couldn't rate my experience any higher although they deserve it!

However the parking for the bank is typically full of customers of clients from other floors, not the banka clients...even though above the parking it clearly says "Iberia client parking only". All the new added speed bumps are ridiculous...way too many unnecessary and consecutive bumps.
