I have been dealing with Neivys in this branch for quite sometime now and she is amazing of course all staff are great if Neivys is not around someone else will take care of me very well . The place is immaculate very clean and I feel very comfortable there I’ve been with Ocean bank since they opened in 1982 and been with them since . As to this branch in West Miami I have no complaints whatsoever I love it Keep up the good work 🤗
