    Mark Petrocchi was rude and very dismissive. I came in to ask about a temporary card after opening new account, I was met by Mark but left feeling disappointed and unsure if Truist is the bank for me based on Marks customer service. He had a very mean and dismissive attitude from the very first moment we spoke

    The worst. Serious red flags, avoid at all costs. Been there only a few months. They canceled my checking account without notice and gave no reason as to why. Shooed me out of the branch. Staffis useless and does nothing to resolve the issues. Dont put your money anywhere near this place.

    I am happy for the others that are not like us but this bank is not tourist friendly or immigrants friendly. in that case i recommend you to go to Wells Fargo. very nice people
