  I just left the 5227 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 location and my experience was horrible. I went through the drive thru and was told since my name change on my license I needed to come inside. I had explained it was a inconvenience to come inside because I had my babies but they did care. Once inside they avoided eye contact and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. There was only two tellers and the line was short, however I waited in line for 10 minutes! And by then there was almost a line out the door. And the manager Phil just stood there and watched his employees struggle rather than jumping on a register to help. I stayed with the company even after the occ audit. I been with wells Fargo since 2007 and I'm now ready to move on to another company that values its customers.

  Personal, needless to say? Try getting a human being on the line that can actually help you. It's a convoluted automated menu that ends up with "sorry I don't understand you" and still no person.

  Greetings Everyone! As a consultant and dedicated professional who visits companies daily for both business and personal reasons I always feel compelled to leave a review when receiving good or bad service. I do not have an account with Wells Fargo but I receive checks drawn to their bank under my company. With that said, in August 2012 I visited this facility to cash one of these checks but was told by a teller and the manager that I could not cash it because I needed a personal/business account with them and the check had to have my name on it. Okay, I get that! However, I advised my client of this (the client that does millions of dollars of business with Wells Fargo), so this month the company wrote my commission check out to my company and myself. I thought this was great; however, I went back to this location to try and cash the check again but was denied “very rudely I might add” the ability to cash the check and they gave me the exact same story. Okay again… that’s fine, as I have an online account plus Amscott who (after setting up a business account there too) gladly cashed my check. Long story short, I was giving Wells Fargo an opportunity to win my business and my checking accounts but they have failed miserably to provide any type of customer service or try to accommodate my request. Wow, in this day and age of retaining clients, I am completely surprised at how little this company or its employees care about their customers or in my case potential customer. I would not recommend anyone deal with this branch (perhaps the company on a whole) since my experiences have been nothing but frustrating to say the least. Needless to say, keep up the bad service Wells Fargo and we just might see your company being bought up in the near future. Anyone who would like to contact me, please feel free to do so; otherwise, customer beware!
