Truist has become the worst company to deal with. If you have fraudulent activity they will let you know but then make ypu wait till it processes. Then YOU have to call them back and report the activity. After that they spend 30 days doing whatever they do and last they will send you a letter saying g they could not retrieve the funds. Absolutely worthless and then need to be better at taking care of their customers.

En Truist por certificados que en otros bancos son gratis y en linea, hay que llenar una forma, pagar 30 dólares y esperar tres días. Que mal!

Mandi Bordwell is a huge assist to the bank and I would be lost without her guidance and customer service she gives to clients. She helps you in every way possible, helps ease your mind w paying off debt, and is just an all around beautiful person from the inside out. I have been a client for 12 years and will continue as long as Mandi is there! ❤️ Keep it up!!!! Also, most tellers are wonderful much faster if you go inside but even outside 5 min wait!
