This is by far the worst branch I have ever dealt with. I’ve been a SunTrust customer for over 10 years and this location has gone completely downhill since the merger. I waited 15 minutes without acknowledgment. When I finally asked when someone could help me, I was told the bankers were at lunch and “might be back in 15–20 minutes.” No greeting. No apology. No attempt to help. The lack of empathy and basic respect is shocking. You almost have to try hard to "not care" like this. I will never return to this branch. Do yourself a favor and go to the SR 54 & SR 581 location instead.
