- CCCar Wash Adam CooperAug 6, 20252.0Major security issues. The phone number for this branch has been stolen by scammers. I wish I was kidding. I was called by someone from this number and told there was s fraud occurrence with my account. The person asked for far too much personal information, so while on the phone with her I went on the app and locked my accounts. As soon as I told her I had done so, she hung up and I immediately called TD customer service through the app. They had no record of any other conversations with me today. These scammers already knew a lot of my information, and have somehow co-opted the phone number of an actual TD branch. That tells me this branch has a major security breach. I've NEVER been to Florida, yet somehow this person had enough of my personal information to do real damage.
