Meanwhile there are two other staff members literally floating around observing everything and greeting you saying hi asking why you are at the branch then saying someone will be with you in a minute . one of the people online is handicapped and it's been over 10 minutes, but no one else can help you make a huge commercial deposit. I walked out . This branch hasn't changed Dejavu came here once before years ago same problem . Staff standing around one teller only. You have to beg for them to take your money and stand in line waiting an unreasonable amount of time .

Instead of trying to assist me with my questions, they seemed impatient and uninterested, as if I was bothering them. When I asked for clarification on some services, the representative gave me very short answers and looked annoyed, which made me feel uncomfortable. A bank should be a place where customers feel welcomed and respected, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Good service is not only about completing transactions but also about treating people with courtesy and professionalism. I left the branch feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously in the future, because right now it is far from acceptable
