They allowed an ACH to go through that was not authorized to the tune of several thousands of dollars. The worst part is they took no accountability. I have been told to get my money out of Wells Fargo for years. I am finally doing so. My New Year’s resolution. My recommendation is to stay as far away from them as possible.
