- BSBrenda SolteroMay 12, 20251.0Went into the Wells Fargo branch today to initiate a wire transfer for a home purchase—an incredibly important and time-sensitive transaction. Unfortunately, we were met with a very rude and unprofessional attitude from the women at the teller line. Although it was already past opening time, they were still setting up and acted visibly annoyed that we were even there. One of them abruptly told us that an appointment was required for a wire transfer, with no offer of help or alternative solutions. Thankfully, we went to another Wells Fargo location where the staff was much more courteous and explained that we could simply join the walk-in waitlist—no appointment necessary. The contrast in customer service was night and day. Very disappointing experience at this branch.
