- CSCheryl SpencerSep 22, 20251.0Although I don't use the bank I have had someone contact me for help reinstating his dormant account..and the bank manager who I believe is a Mr Whitlock keeps saying in order for this dormant savings account to be reinstated the person needs to pay APR on the balance that is in his account... The bank wont accept bank transfers and only deals with cash pretty strange for a bank 🤔

When a situation occurred, the people who worked there informed me they were "so sorry, there's nothing we can do!" They even went as far to say to me, "I do not blame you, I wouldn't bank here either." What a terrible thing to hear from someone who WORKS at the bank! This is from a 33 year long customer relationship. 33 years means nothing!!
