- EEEliJul 26, 20231.0The bank that 'pretends' it cares but does nothing to resolve issues or provide solutions. Forget even thinking about international transactions or anything else for that matter. Not a bank for me in the future. In response to response below, this is the standard reply and the end result will be the same, no solution, no results, simply frustration. Having secure and security measures is fine, but when you make everyone co-dependent on your system it simply creates gridlock. Try calling the branch yourself...long message and ultimately you get transferred to a general number. Beachland Blvd branch is not as busy as they pretend, nor is any branch in Indian River County. Oh well.....
