  Went to this branch in Vero Beach to simply deposit an insurance refund check against an escrow account. The manager on board, his name was Mauricio was extremely rude. Completely jerk! I told him the mortgage dept. said please call them if there was any issues, gave me an attitude and said mortgage department does not dictate banking policy at this branch he would not take the check. Said it wasn’t made out Wells Fargo and basically sent me on my way and I spoke to him that my wife had just passed away and he had absolutely zero sympathy whatsoever. Second time he’s done this to me in a matter of two or three months. I will never walk in that branch again

  Don't get me wrong, I still love Wells Fargo and they're outstanding level of service that I have received for many years now, however, as of late you have to travel great distances if you wish to deposit cash into your account

  My husband and I have had our business and personal accounts for over 10 years. I walked in to complete a wire transfer for a real estate transaction that was over the dollar limit of the mobile wire transfer option. I was told that no one could complete the wire for me, then I asked for a manager and was told a manager could not do it. They offered to call other banks in town and when they did every single one gave the same answer that they could not send a wire because they were too busy. The fact that I could not conduct a financial transaction at any of my local banks is not a good impression at all. Before our business I worked at a competitor bank for over 10 years and was a branch manager so I know how things work and how short staffed banks can get, but we always allowed customers the option to wait until someone was available versus turning away. This experience is concerning and we will now be in the market for a bank that wants to be there when you need them.

  I have been a member with Wells Fargo for over 15 years and they just keep getting worse. I took my ex-husband in to get our child's passport paperwork notarized. They refused to notarize it because he's not a card holder. Chase did it and neither of us are card holders. I'm closing my accounts. Maurice is an awful bank manager. By the way I did ask to speak to the branch manager and he stated he was the branch manager and I said I wanted to file a complaint and he said he'd file it for me. I kind of feel like the guy was being nasty to us because of the way my ex-husband looked. I was already embarrassed enough.

  If you're looking for an awesome banking experience I truly urge you to try this particular Wells Fargo. I've had a wonderful experience with the staff here. Jessica you are amazing and a very special thanks to my personal banker Mr. Euston Webb he went above and beyond to provide me with exception quality service he really made sure I received everything and understood everything fully. Thank you to you and your Wonderful staff and awesome branch manager that hired an amazing crew
