- KFKarl FreitagJul 26, 20251.0Been a customer for 20+ years at this branch without problems. However, the current management seems to have issues with handling simple, seemingly routine transactions. Even depositing a cashiers check (bank guaranteed) was a major production. After a long time, I got disgusted, took the check back, and brought it to my other bank and had no problems at all. I understand that Wells Fargo needs to be careful, but why hassle a longterm customer? Then I get a call the next day from the manager, who wanted to know what happened. Their first question was "Have you ever been a victim of fraud?" I mentioned that they should be able to handle a routine deposit from a loyal customer. Things just spiraled downhill from there. Just sad I can't rely on my local branch, but luckily the Wells Fargo app works pretty well. That seems to be the way to go for now.
