I called to inquire why she received the letter and all they wanted was her full social security number over the phone. Of course, I did not give this to them. Based on all the one-star reviews this bank has received, maybe they need to be investigated.

Done with Suntrust, moving all my assets to BOA, and it's not peanuts! Amazing!
