Last time, management saved me costs on wire transfer by checking that my address needed to be updated for a simple transfer. Thanks for looking out with a smile.

I have to say yes I have an account to get quarters or have dirty laundry. Usually this works. Not today. I had to present a license and debit card just for a roll of quarters. I left without quarters with a sarcastic, "Have a better day" and she laughed. Wow great customer service. I said, "You too, God bless.
