  I need to let consumers know about iThink Financial Credit Union on US 1 in Vero Beach. I am a 66 year old disabled woman. I have never had an account with a credit union before, only banks. The personnel at this credit union, Betsy Johnson, Assistant Manager and the Manager of this location, who never gave me her name are the most disrespectful, duplicitous and deceptive people I have ever encountered at any financial institution that I have ever done business with in the last 45 years. I still had a active account with funds to cover charges and they shut down my debit card without even notifying me. Declined online and in a retail store today. The only thing the teller asked me today is, "Would you like me to shred your debit card ?" I replied, "No, I still have funds here." No one stated that had shut down my debit card with a substantial cash amount still in their institution. Stay far away from this iThink Financial. Once funds are deposited this credit union behaves as if the money is THEIRS, no longer yours. When I asked the teller today if they were still paying my bills that are on autopay, I got no response. Consumers BEWARE !

  I am not a member of this credit union but I have to write a review. I am a member of another credit union and needed to deposit a check. When I got there the gentleman had said they had issue with transactions to other partner credit unions. He went to ask manager if issue had been resolved and she said it had. The manager tried herself and went to her office to check there. She said that I didn't have account at my credit union. At that point we verified my account and she noticed I had missed a digit. She came back out and had the other teller put in my transaction successfully. She took all this time even though I didn't bank with them. Both tellers and manager were extremely helpful. If I didn't have such a good relationship at my CU I would have seriously considered banking at I think. This group of dedicated employees should be commended by their regional manager. Since I can't remember names , I was there today , 10/24 at around 4pm. Thanks I think for the wonderful service today.

  Went in to renew a CD that was up. Did not have an appointed so I checked in. Betsy greeted me quickly and was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable and explained all my choice's. I choose a rate and term that worked well for me. ITHINK is lucky to have Betsy working for them she is going places. Larry Stewart
