    Every word posted in response to my review of iThink Credit Union is just more polite deception. I called three times today. Never got past the auto attendant. I will never step foot in that disrespectful, unprofessional place again. Ms. Perez...I will call on Wednesday. Have a final account of both my accounts. No more corporate speak. I will then close out my accounts. Consumers, if you value your financial rights, Stay away from iThink. Honestly said.

    I need to let consumers know about iThink Financial Credit Union on US 1 in Vero Beach. I am a 66 year old disabled woman. I have never had an account with a credit union before, only banks. The personnel at this credit union, Betsy Johnson, Assistant Manager and the Manager of this location, who never gave me her name are the most disrespectful, duplicitous and deceptive people I have ever encountered at any financial institution that I have ever done business with in the last 45 years. I still had a active account with funds to cover charges and they shut down my debit card without even notifying me. Declined online and in a retail store today. The only thing the teller asked me today is, "Would you like me to shred your debit card ?" I replied, "No, I still have funds here." No one stated that had shut down my debit card with a substantial cash amount still in their institution. Stay far away from this iThink Financial. Once funds are deposited this credit union behaves as if the money is THEIRS, no longer yours. When I asked the teller today if they were still paying my bills that are on autopay, I got no response. Consumers BEWARE !
