Typical me, I pull a bonehead move and get a 10+ day hold on a check that could have been released in a couple of days. Service Manager Kasey Whaley took charge of my mess and guided me through the best case scenario that was possible for this situation. She was super friendly and genuinely cared about my predicament. I have no doubt that her enthusiasm is matched by her employees in this location, but her going above and beyond for me was exceptional. She will be the first and last person I contact if I ever have any issues in the future. I recommend YOU call her if you need help. I owe her big time
